SEO and Content Strategist

What you will do

• Research demand by market and language, and turn it into keyword maps and site structures.
• Audit websites for technical SEO: crawling, indexing, speed, structured data and internal links.
• Plan migrations and redesigns so rankings and traffic are kept.
• Write content plans and briefs that copywriters and designers can work from.
• Adapt each strategy to the way search is changing, AI answers and assistants included.
• Report on rankings, traffic, leads and revenue, and say what to do next.

What you bring

• Results you can show: websites whose organic traffic and leads grew through your work.
• Command of Google Search Console, GA4, a crawler such as Screaming Frog and a research tool such as Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Enough knowledge of HTML and structured data to brief developers precisely.
• Experience with multilingual SEO: hreflang, translated addresses and keyword research per language.
• Editorial judgement: you can tell a useful page from one written for an algorithm.
• Clear reporting for clients who do not want jargon.

• Remote within Europe, in European working hours, alongside the teams in Barcelona and São Paulo.
• English is the working language of the team.
• A full-time position.
• You will work on our digital marketing projects and on every website we build.

• A longer conversation about your work: you take us through two or three projects and the decisions behind them.
• A final conversation about terms and start date, followed by our decision.
