Social Media Manager

Location

Barcelona, hybrid / Growth

What you will do

• Write social media strategies and monthly content plans for each client and channel.
• Brief and direct content with our designers, video team and copywriters, and publish it.
• Manage communities: reply, moderate and bring what you hear back to the client.
• Find, vet and manage creators and influencers, from brief and contract to reporting.
• Plan paid social campaigns together with our paid media team.
• Report on results and adjust the plan from what the figures show.

What you bring

• Channels you have grown, with the figures and the thinking behind them.
• A working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, and of the tools to plan and measure them.
• Good writing in English and Spanish, and an eye for image and video.
• Experience working with creators, disclosure rules and usage rights included.
• Calm judgement when a comment thread turns difficult.
• Organisation: several clients, several calendars, nothing published late.

How we work

• Based in Barcelona, hybrid: part of the week in the office with the team, the rest from home.
• English is the working language of the team; this role also needs fluent Spanish.
• A full-time position.
• You will work on our social media and influencer marketing projects.

Hiring process

• We read your application and reply by email.
• An introductory video call about you, the role and how we work.
• A longer conversation about your work: you take us through two or three projects and the decisions behind them.
• A final conversation about terms and start date, followed by our decision.
