Lead brand, website and application projects from brief to launch: scope, plan, budget and a team that always knows what happens next.

Location

Turn a signed proposal into a plan: scope, milestones, responsibilities and risks.
Run several projects at a time across strategy, design, content, development and marketing.
Be the client’s daily contact: clear updates, no surprises, decisions recorded.
Track time and budget, flag deviations early and agree changes of scope before they are built.
Organise reviews, testing and launch, and make sure nothing ships unchecked.
Close each project with a handover and a review of what to keep and what to change.

Digital projects you delivered, and an honest account of what went wrong and how you handled it.
Enough understanding of design and development to question an estimate.
Fluent English and Portuguese, written and spoken; Spanish is an advantage.
Experience with fixed-price and monthly engagements, and with change requests.
A structured way of working with planning and tracking tools, without hiding behind them.
Composure with clients and warmth with the team.

Based in São Paulo, hybrid: part of the week in the office with the team, the rest from home.
English is the working language of the team; this role also needs fluent Portuguese.
A full-time position.
