What you will do

• Turn a brand strategy into two or three distinct identity routes and present the thinking behind each.
• Design logos, wordmarks, type systems, colour palettes and graphic language.
• Build the identity out across real applications: website, social media, presentations, packaging and print.
• Write brand guidelines that a client’s own team can follow without calling us.
• Prepare production-ready files and check proofs, exports and builds against the design.
• Work with our UX/UI designers and developers so the identity survives the move to screen.

What you bring

• A portfolio of complete identity systems, shown from first idea to finished guidelines.
• Strong typography: you choose, pair and set type with intent.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator, and a sound hand in InDesign and Photoshop.
• The ability to explain a design decision in plain words to a client who is not a designer.
• An eye for the detail of production: grids, spacing, colour values and tidy files.
• An interest in motion and in how a brand behaves on screen.

• Based in Barcelona, hybrid: part of the week in the office with the team, the rest from home.
• English is the working language of the team.
• A full-time position.
• You will work on our branding projects.

• A longer conversation about your work: you take us through two or three projects and the decisions behind them.
• A final conversation about terms and start date, followed by our decision.
