Motion Designer

Location

Remote, Europe / Brand and design

What you will do

• Animate logos and identity systems, and define how each brand moves.
• Design and animate product videos, explainers and campaign films from script to final export.
• Produce social media formats in every ratio and length the plan calls for.
• Create interface animations and hand them to developers as Lottie files or clear specifications.
• Combine footage, AI-generated material, typography and sound into one coherent piece.
• Work from storyboards and style frames agreed with the creative direction before animating.

What you bring

• A showreel, and two or three projects you can talk through shot by shot.
• Command of After Effects; Cinema 4D or Blender for 3D work is an advantage.
• A sense of timing, easing and rhythm that shows in your work.
• Solid typography and layout: your frames hold up as stills.
• Experience delivering for web and social media: codecs, file weight, subtitles and safe areas.
• Reliable planning: you estimate honestly and deliver on the agreed date.
