How quickly do you respond to a request?
Response times are defined in your plan, with priority for anything that affects availability or sales.
What is included in the monthly improvements?
Content changes, new sections, small features, design adjustments and performance work, up to the hours in your plan. Larger projects are quoted separately.
Do you keep backups, and can you restore the site?
Yes. Backups run automatically and are stored away from the server. If something goes wrong, the site is restored from the most recent copy.
