FAQ
Frequently asked.
Tell us what you want to achieve and we will answer anything that is not covered here.
Start a conversationCan you design without building?
Yes. We deliver complete designs and specifications that your own developers can implement.
Do you test with real users?
Yes. Prototypes are tested before development so problems are found when they are cheap to fix.
Which tools do you use?
We design in Figma, and you receive the full source files.
Do you redesign existing products?
Yes. We start with an audit of the current experience and prioritise the changes that matter most.
How do you make sure the design works for our users?
We start from evidence: interviews, analytics and a review of how people use the current product. Prototypes are then tested with real users before development, and the design is adjusted to what we observe.
What is the difference between UX and UI?
UX is how the product works: the structure, the steps and how easily people reach their goal. UI is how it looks and responds: layout, typography, colour and interaction. A good product needs both, designed together.
What do we receive at the end?
The complete design files, a clickable prototype, a design system with reusable components and specifications for developers. Everything is yours to use with our developers or your own.
How much does UX/UI design cost?
It depends on the number of screens and flows and on how much research is needed. You receive a fixed proposal after a first conversation, and larger products can be designed in phases.
